"Fight for a Cure"  Ladies Self Defense Seminar

The cost is $10 per person and all of the proceeds will go to the American Cancer Society.

This seminar is designed for women, ages 13 and above, who have had no previous experience in the martial arts. 

What you will learn:

1.  Levels of Awareness

2.  How to avoid becoming a victim

3.  Basic striking techniques that anyone can learn in a minimal amount of time

4.  Basic defenses from various body and clothing grabs

5.  What to do and what NOT to do after an attack
