Self-Defense Training & Martial Arts Classes

We consider ourselves an integral part of the village that helps parents instill valuable character traits, beliefs, and habits in their children. Traits such as: self-discipline, mental focus, self respect, and the ability to set and achieve goals are all vital aspects of leading a happy and fulfilling life.

We have been, and continue to be, a place to refuel and recharge while gaining an understanding of the value of keeping one's body fit, the mind focused, and the spirit strong.

We teach a brand of self-defense that transcends our physical "art" and includes
the self-defense skills of healthy eating, stress relief, and effective weight management.

We are masters of making it easy to get started. We are experts at making the learning fun and exciting, and we are committed to being role models of black belt excellence!
